Rhinoplasty, that is, aesthetic nose surgery, is one of our frequently applied cosmetic surgery procedures. With this process, we apply it to improve the deformities that have occurred in the nose. Rhinoplasty is a surgery that involves reshaping or resizing the nose.

Since the nose is a central feature of the face, even small changes can make a big impact. Rhinoplasty surgery is one of the most frequently performed procedures. We have performed Rhinoplasty to many people from Turkey and abroad.
Aesthetic Nose Surgery Considerations
All noses are different from each other, so the procedures to be done may differ from person to person.
Rhinoplasty operations are performed according to the person’s face, cartilage and nose structure.
The surgery is performed under general anesthesia.
We review all your options to give you an idea of how you will look after surgery.
Rhinoplasty is performed on people over the age of 18 and in good general health.
During the examination, the complaints and wishes of the person are learned. Also controls are provided.
After the examination, rhinoplasty surgery is performed in the hospital you will choose from the hospitals we have contracted with.
In our rhinoplasty surgeries, there is no serious pain. There is bruising and slight swelling under the eyes. 4 days after the rhinoplasty procedure, these bruises and swellings also begin to lighten.
The sutures are removed 7 days after the operation. We also perform our first check. Our second control is made 14 days later.

Will there be a lot of pain after the procedure?
What level of scarring can I expect after the procedure?
What is the healing process like and what should I do during the recovery period to get the best results?
How many procedures have you done about rhinoplasty in the past?
You can get detailed information by directing these questions to your doctor.
Types of rhinoplasty
The nose consists of both a bone and a cartilaginous skeleton. The lower two-thirds are made up of cartilage and the upper third is bony. The cartilage in the lower two-thirds is the same as that found in ear cartilage. The nose is divided into two by the midline cartilage section called the septum. The septum acts as a structural support to the cartilage part of the nose to prevent nasal collapse. When applied to Caucasian noses, most types of rhinoplasty are to reduce the size of the nose by reducing both the bony and cartilaginous parts of the nose.
Open Rhinoplasty
In open rhinoplasty, a very small incision is made in the columella at the base of the nose between your nostrils. Extra incisions are made inside the nose, which are very difficult to see. An open rhinoplasty results in full visualization of the bony and cartilaginous framework. This allows for more precise correction of the nasal deformity. Open rhinoplasty is ideal for correcting all nasal deformities, and certain types of rhinoplasty are only performed with an open technique such as revision rhinoplasty.
Closed Rhinoplasty (endonasal rhinoplasty)
In closed rhinoplasty, also known as endonasal rhinoplasty, the surgeon places the incisions inside the nostrils. These incisions are not seen after the procedure. The disadvantages of a closed rhinoplasty include limited visualization and increased difficulty in surgically manipulating nasal structures. Although not as widely performed as an open procedure, this procedure has a shorter recovery time and leaves no visible scars.
